Arrive first in Etna and enjoy the breathtaking views from the Shalai Resort Hotel. If you're lucky enough to arrive in the morning, your expert host and guide, Michèle Shah, will whisk you away for a visit and tasting at the iconic winery I Vigneri with owner and winemaker Salvo Foti followed by your first of many exceptional culinary experiences.  

Take a Landrover tour of the historic lava falls along with its ancient forests, black lava fields, volcanic craters, and other natural wonders. After your exploration, indulge in a traditional Sicilian lunch at a local trattoria before traveling to Palmento Costanzo winery, one of the most beautiful and authentic Palmentos on Enta.

Spend the next two nights in Syracusa at the Gutkowski Hotel. From there, travel for a day to Taormina to see the Ancient Theatre, one of the most iconic landmarks of Sicily's rich history. Take a guided tour of the famous Amphitheatre in Syracusa, one of the best-preserved structures in the city from the early Imperial period before enjoying an afternoon of exploration in Ortygia. The historic center of Syracusa, Ortygia contains a number of must-see landmarks such as the Cathedral of Syracusa and Fountain of Arethusa.

Spend your final day soaking in the beautiful views and savoring the flavors of Sicily with a wine tasting at Pupillo Winery and your choice of award-winning dining experiences
