Two lucky couples are invited to spend four days experiencing Paso Robles in style with TOP Winery proprietors Stanley Barrios and Elena Martinez as your hosts. Stanley and Elena established TOP in 2014 after leaving their corporate careers in Los Angeles for a chance to follow their passion in the vineyard. 

 

Led by TOP owner and winemaker Stanley Barrios, begin your Paso adventure with a G2 vineyard tour. G2 vineyard is the largest vineyard fruit source for TOP, nestled in the Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles. Grapes from the G2 Vineyard have garnered perfect 100-point ratings from professional wine critics as well as write-ups from Food and Wine Magazine and Robb Report. Learn about Stanley’s perspective on farming and how decisions in the vineyard impact quality winemaking in the cellar. End your time at G2 with a cheese and charcuterie board in the vineyard paired with carefully selected TOP wines that were sourced straight from the vineyard around you.

 

Later that day, Stanley and Elena will host you for a private tasting at their winery, showcasing their wines and sharing their story and winemaking philosophy. End the day with an intimate family-style dinner prepared by Stanley and including additional Paso friends and winemakers, each pouring what inspires them most from their personal wine cellars.

 

Join the owner of Hawks Hill Ranch, Kit Kuyper, on your second day in Paso for a vineyard tour of his 240-acre estate overlooking some of the best views in the Adelaida District AVA. Their vision is a balanced approach to farming by allowing nature to point them in the right direction to enhance the quality of their fruit. Kit believes they are growers first and winemakers second. Hawks Hill Ranch is a working farm, so during your tour you will see a variety of working pets and livestock to enhance your experience. End your tour sampling some of Kit’s favorite wines produced on the estate before enjoying lunch prepared onsite by one of Hawks Hill Ranch’s esteemed chefs using local ingredients sourced directly from the farm.

 

Your accommodations while enjoying this incredible auction lot will be the Hawks Hill Ranch guest apartment located in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles within walking distance of all the area restaurants, bars, music venues, tasting rooms, and night life.

 

Take home several large format bottles of highly allocated TOP wine to commemorate your trip to the beautiful wine region of Paso Robles.
