Bryan Zupon is Estate Director and General Manager of Roy Estate located in Napa, California. In this role, Bryan is responsible for the ongoing stewardship of Roy Estate, working closely with longtime winemaker Philippe Melka.Before joining the team at Roy Estate, Bryan held senior management and business development positions at some of the finest restaurants in the United States, including Momofuku in New York City and Quince in San Francisco, the latter the recipient of three Michelin stars. Bryan has worked extensively in the Napa Valley developing guest experiences at Oakville Grocery, PRESS Restaurant, Rudd Oakville Estate and many more of the region’s most iconic destinations.In addition to his deep experience in hospitality, Bryan launched the luxury food and wine ecommerce marketplace Gilt Taste and was also a consultant at McKinsey & Co., regularly serving the world’s most respected food and beverage brands. Bryan holds degrees in Economics, History and Business from Duke University.
Born and raised in Texas, Kathryn Reynolds graduated from Southern Methodist University. A passion for hospitality led her to Napa in 2013, where she embarked upon a career at Hall Wines. Kathryn quickly fell in love with the wine industry, obtaining her WSET Level 2, as well as other wine, sales, and hospitality certificates. In July of 2017, Kathryn joined the Roy Estate team where she is responsible for all aspects of hospitality, events and direct to consumer sales. Kathryn enjoys personally assisting Roy Estate's clients with their questions, and loves to share her wealth of knowledge with anyone who would like to acquire Roy Estate's limited Grand-Crus wines.
