Nichole joined the L’Aventure team in the Fall of 2019 returning to her Central Coast roots.  After spending more than a decade working in hospitality both in hotels and restaurants, she wanted to redirect her focus to her true passion, wine.  Originally from the Central Coast Nichole was living in Las Vegas working in restaurant management when she was introduced to Chloe and Stephan Asseo.  “The opportunity to work with the team at L’Aventure and the Asseo family, meant combining my background in hospitality and business management with my passion for wine and hospitality. How could I pass that up?” Taking the lead on our DTC events for both the tasting room and offsite, Nichole has begun traveling throughout the U.S. to bring L’Aventure wines directly to our members and consumers.

Connecting wine enthusiasts to raise money benefiting children in need in Northwest Florida

Founded in 2005, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has donated more than $32 Million to Northwest Florida children's charities by hosting world class wine and culinary events. These funds have impacted the lives of over 100,000 youth, including those afflicted by health issues and abuse. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation is recognized as one of the nation’s ‘Top 10 Charity Wine Auctions in the U.S.’ by Wine Spectator Magazine for more than a decade.
