Lynn Phelps Finch is the youngest child of Joe Phelps, founder of Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Her exposure to wine began early by helping her father process grapes and produce wine in their Greeley, CO basement. She remembers fondly her family’s excitement when Joe was able to acquire the beautiful property in Napa Valley that would soon become their family’s winery.

Today, Lynn serves on the Board of Directors of Joseph Phelps Vineyards and represents the company at a variety of events and charitable wine auctions around the country each year. She enjoys keeping Joe’s spirit alive through the telling of his stories and listening to those of Joseph Phelps customers along the way.

A graduate of Colorado College where she majored in the social, historical and anthropological study of the American Southwest, Lynn and her husband Richard Finch have settled in Scottsdale, AZ. When not in the desert or the Napa Valley, they enjoy visiting their children in Chicago, Washington D.C. and Paris.

Kelsey Phelps, granddaughter of Joseph Phelps, represents Joseph Phelps Vineyards as a third-generation brand ambassador. Kelsey graduated from Stanford University in 2008 and University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2013. At Penn, Kelsey focused on corporate law and earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton Business School. Kelsey went on to practice corporate law in the technology sector at the Silicon Valley law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati.

Kelsey left her law practice in 2015 to join her family in the wine industry. In addition to representing Joseph Phelps Vineyards, she founded her own company, SEPPI Craft Sparkling Wine, a boutique brand dedicated to California sparkling wine. Kelsey loves to travel and spends her spare time seeking out new destinations and adventures.
