When Ann and Jack Seifrick first encountered the Dry Creek Valley on a vacation in 2001, they thought then, as they do now, that it was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable settings anywhere in the world. Several visits later with the help of friends and family, they took the leap from Texas and purchased a small vineyard that would become Cast Wines. Today, the Seifrick’s can be found at the winery working with the dedicated team at Cast, still learning something new almost every day, and always eager to say hello to guests from all over the world.
