Greg Lill is the co-founder, along with his wife Stacy, of Cashmere Cellars. Since 2004, Cashmere has been an extremely limited production, high-end Chardonnay from Washington State. Greg is a 28-year wine industry veteran but can also trace his roots back to 12th century Europe, hailing from a wine and brewing family originating from the walled town of Lille France.  Greg and his wife Stacy are also Co-Founders of Cashmere Partners, a consulting firm for winery related businesses in the Northwest, and property management group overseeing the Family Estate, Chateau Lill.  The beautiful Chateau Lill is European inspired with landscape and buildings consistently winning annual awards for its unique event and meeting venue space on the nearly 10-acre family in Woodinville Washington, located just 30 minutes from Seattle. The Chateau is now the home to the Lills’ Cashmere Cellars at Chateau Lill.

Greg Lill has also served on many Wine related boards including the Washington Wine Commission, Washington Wine Industry Foundation, Auction of Washington Wines, Washington Wines Festival and Woodinville Wine Country as well as many non-wine related boards including the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau.  Greg has been recognized as the honoree for the Classic Wines Auction in Portland, Oregon and has served as Chairman of the PONCHO Wine Auction, and "Auction of Washington Wines". Greg was appointed by King County Executive Dow Constantine to be on the Sammamish Valley winery and tourism task force to help restructure the greater Woodinville Wine focus. Prior to the wine industry Greg spent 15 years in Commercial Insurance and real estate. 

Greg remains as Co-Owner and President Emeritus of DeLille Cellars, which was founded by Greg and his Father with two other partners in 1992 and was located on the family estate in Woodinville until it  recently relocated. Greg led the Management team at the winery as President & CEO until 2017. Greg was the strategic leader of innovative management and marketing concepts for the winery.

Stacy Lill is Co-Founder/CEO of Cashmere Partners, focusing her efforts on corporate Networking, Marketing, & Strategic Partnerships. Stacy provides strategic consulting and Wine Industry Education & Development for many wineries.  She is also Founder of O Wines which she sold to Chateau Ste Michelle Winery, and subsequently founded the Opportunity for Success Scholarship Program which funds Educational college scholarships for deserving young women. Stacy’s career includes 25 years of Sales & Marketing experience for numerous Fortune 500 companies including Ernst & Young.  Stacy has received many honors including the Women’s University Club Business Woman of the Year, Soroptimist Award for Outstanding Community Service, Women for Wine Sense National Rising Star Award, Seattle Magazine’s Community Service Award, & the Puget Sound Business Journal Woman of Influence Award.  

Stacy is highly regarded for her philanthropic efforts and is known as a community leader in both business and philanthropy. She currently serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Leadership Counsel, Board of Governors of the Seattle World Trade Center, Woodinville Chamber Board, Board of the Auction of Washington Wines, & is a Regent at Seattle University. Stacy is a graduate of University of Washington, and most recently became a founding member of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Leadership Trust.  Ensuring young women have an opportunity to a quality education is a pillar in Stacy’s legacy.

Greg and Stacy are a highly respected and known team in the wine industry and work together to provide consulting services to the greater WA Wine industry as well as maintain a National presence educating and promoting the Washington wine industry.

Greg & Stacy recently returned from the principality of Monaco for National Day celebrations as one of the only two couples from the United States, personally invited by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco and Maguy Macarrio-Doyle, the Monaco Ambassador to the United States and Canada. The US Embassy regularly features the Lill’s wines at many of the Embassy events.
