Harvest After Dark brings its lively yet upscale ambiance back to Cerulean Park, inviting a limited crowd to indulge in an evening of elevated wines, unlikely pairings, and culinary delights crafted by talented celebrity chefs from across the southeast.

Grand Tasting presented by 360 Blue | Cerulean Park, WaterColor, Fla.

Explore tasting stations featuring wines from around the world, along with seafood, barbecue, and provisional stations manned by some of the best culinary talent in the Southeast. 

The Grand Tasting's VIP Tent is presented by The Dahler & Co. Team with Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty and Emerald Coast Magazine and will feature elevated wine, beer, and culinary options as well as a dedicated lounge area, live music, and a cocktail bar.

Better Together Cocktail Brunch | Private WaterColor Residence
Join us for this spirited festival finale as we pair ingredient-driven cocktails created by the talented Better Together Beverage team with a themed menu created by a celebrity chef.

End your festival weekend with our newest event, Blanc de Brunch, and enjoy brunch-style cuisine paired with the best sparkling and white wine offerings from our 2025 headlining vintners.
