Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF), one of the nation’s premier fundraising organizations, is pleased to announce the return of Harvest Wine & Food Festival to South Walton on October 19-22.

Tickets to all 2023 festival events are on sale now at HarvestWineandFood.com. Proceeds from the festival benefit DCWAF’s mission of helping children in need in Northwest Florida. DCWAF supports 17 children’s charities working to tackle homelessness, food insecurity, medical care, and more in the local community.

Ranked as one of Southern Living’s “15 Southern Festival’s Worth Planning Your Trip Around,” this year’s festival will feature an expanded line-up of events beginning with an array of six celebrity winemaker dinners hosted in upscale locations throughout South Walton.

On Friday, mixologist and owner of Better Together Beverage, Christine Tarpey and the team at Haus Alpenz will host an interactive cocktail seminar in WaterColor’s Crimson Park where they’ll lead attendees on an interactive journey through the history and creation of two custom cocktails. The evening will conclude with the highly anticipated Harvest After Dark. The debut event invites an intimate crowd to experience an evening of elevated wine selections paired with culinary delights from celebrity chefs from across the Southeast including James Beard’s 2023 Best Chef Southeast, Terry Koval of The Deer and the Dove and 2022 James Beard Semifinalist Craig Richards of Lyla Lila.

Saturday brings the main Grand Tasting event where guests sample hundreds of wines from around the world and nosh on bites from stations ranging from seafood to barbecue.

The weekend concludes with a Polynesian inspired cocktail brunch hosted by The Henry Haus featuring craft cocktails by Better Together Beverage and a tiki-themed menu created by Chef Nikhil Abuvala, owner of Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant.

A silent auction boasting rare wines, luxury trips, and staycations will be available virtually Thursday, October 19 at 9am CST through Sunday, October 22 at noon CST. A full list of this year’s headliners and schedule of events can be found at www.harvestwineandfood.com
