Born in South Georgia, Chef Nolan Wynn has been cooking for 15 years at an array of different restaurants. In 2018 Chef Wynn opened his first restaurant Banshee with friend and business partner Peter Chvala. Shortly after opening, Chef Wynn was awarded with Best New Chef by Atlanta Magazine as well as nominated for Rising Star Chef by the James Beard Foundation. In the spring of 2023 Chef Wynn opened his second restaurant Bona Fide Deluxe. In the same Spring Bona Fide Deluxe was voted "20 Best Restaurants to Open" in Spring of 2023 by Tasting Table Magazine.
