Meghan McCaskill

Meghan McCaskill has spent most of her life in and around the hospitality industry and spent the better part of ten years working all parts of the restaurant world learning as much as she possibly could about wine, beer, and spirits. She spent the last seven years working at Prato, in Winter Park, one of Orlando’s busiest and well-renowned restaurants, with four of those as the bar manager and cocktail beverage director. 

Over the years Meghan has continued to strive for knowledge in all thing’s alcohol, getting her WSET level 2 in wine, Bar Smarts and Bar Smarts Advanced Certified, certified in sherry as a “Certified Sherry Specialist” and tequila (CRT certification). She has also competed in over 30 bartending competitions and placed nationally twice in “Patron Perfectionist” and Bombay’s “Most Imaginative Bartender.” 

Meghan now represents Winebow Fine Wine and Spirits as the North Florida Spirit Specialist, teaching, creating, and representing all things spirits related.
