Brooke Sabel

Brooke swore her life was always going to be centered around the golf industry since her father first put a club in her hand at the age of three. But it was a wine class in college that changed the course of her life. After realizing she had an incredible palate and after taking the advice of her professor, she began to dive into all things wine; graduating with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and set off to travel the world, earning certificates in Wine & Food Pairing in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and New South Wales, Australia. Along with her degrees, Brooke has also gained certifications with the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust, Court of Master Sommeliers, Society of Wine Educators and the International Sommelier Guild to name a few. Her professional resume is impressive with over 24 years of experience in distribution, retail, restaurants, casinos and luxury resorts working for such industry leaders as Sir Richard Branson, Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck and Bobby Flay. In the Spring of 2023, she joined Peay Vineyards as their National Sales & Marketing Director. After working with the wines throughout her career, Brooke is thrilled to be spreading the good word of Peay and their beautiful 53-acre estate vineyard on the West Sonoma Coast across the globe.
When she is not working, Brooke can be found dining with a glass in hand somewhere in the world and plotting out her next adventure.
