Join Calistoga-based Chef Holly Peterson and local celebrity Chef Tim Creehan for a sensory seminar of unlikely pairings. Chefs Peterson and Creehan will deconstruct some of your favorite meals to explore the science behind the perfect pairing. With a focus on the best way to match up some less traditional pairings, guests will be taken through a wine flight paired with savory items and a second flight paired with Chef Peterson's hand-crafted chocolates.
