Joseph Truex is the Executive Chef at Camp Creek dining venues ANR, 1936, and Bark 'N Brine. Chef Joseph is a classically trained chef who has led kitchens at renowned clubs and restaurants in Atlanta, New Orleans, Birmingham, New York, and even in far-flung locations including Dubai and Switzerland. Chef Truex is a native of Louisiana who won the Star Chef’s Rising Star Award and has been highlighted in prestigious publications and media outlets including Bon Appetit, Esquire, Forbes, and The Martha Stewart Show.
