Well-traveled, Palm joins the resort after working in France, Monte Carlo, India, Korea, Indonesia and China with international Hotel brands such as Intercontinental Hotels, Ritz Carlton, Taj Resort and Palaces and Ayana Resort and Hotels.

Palm had the honor of cooking for the Prime Minister of Vietnam and the President of Chile during the World Expo in Shanghai in 2010, as well as serving President Bill Clinton across several events and occasions. Additionally, he was the Supervising Chef at the Chaine de Rotisseur in Indonesia during a dinner for US Ambassador Robert O. Blake Jr. in 2016.

Connecting wine enthusiasts to raise money benefiting children in need in Northwest Florida

Founded in 2005, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has donated more than $38 Million to Northwest Florida children's charities by hosting world class wine and culinary events. These funds have impacted the lives of over 100,000 youth, including those afflicted by health issues and abuse. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has been recognized as one of the nation’s ‘Top 10 Charity Wine Auctions in the U.S.’ by Wine Spectator Magazine for more than a decade.
