Mollydooker is a family-owned and operated winery based in the charming wine region of McLaren Vale, South Australia. Established in 2005, the name Mollydooker – Aussie slang for left-handed person – is a fitting choice given that the majority of the team, including Sarah Marquis, is left-handed.

 

Known for their memorable, quirky labels and left-handed tales of their wine-making journey, Mollydooker uses a range of innovative techniques that challenge traditional winemaking, producing wines that stand out. In their words, these are always best enjoyed in your left hand. Mollydooker has been praised globally, including five 99-point Wine Advocate scores by renown wine critic, Robert Parker. The Carnival of Love Shiraz has also been listed a record three times in Wine Spectator’s “Top 10 Wines in the World.”

 

Pat Ladd is the Eastern United States Sales Manager for Mollydooker and is a long-time resident of Niceville, FL. Pat began his career with a local Florida distributor almost 20 years ago before moving into the supplier world with Revana Portfolio in 2018. He joined the Mollydooker team in August of 2021 and has not looked back.
