Immortal Estate

Scott Pyles

Immortal Estate is an evolution of the acclaimed Hidden Ridge vineyard, which lies on the Sonoma side of Spring Mountain as a terraced vineyard site on 55-degree slopes.

Scott Pyles is a native Floridian who has enjoyed all aspects of the wine business over the last 25 years. His interest in wine began back in college at Florida State University while working in fine dining restaurants. Following college, Scott started selling wine for a large distributor in Florida calling on upscale restaurants and fine wine retailers in the South Florida market. After a few years of selling wine on the streets, Scott moved into a brand management role at the distributor where he managed dozens of wine suppliers, both domestic and imported. For 10 years he managed all aspects of the Florida business for some of the most prominent wine producers in the world. Over time he streamlined his portfolio to focus on independent, family-owned, fine wine properties from California, Oregon, and Washington.

Drawn to the supplier role, Scott left the distributor to join a large Napa producer and spent five years managing the Southeast region of the United States.

Eventually Scott reconnected with his true passion for representing elite, small production, family-run wineries. In April 2021, Scott joined Immortal Estate as the Vice President of Sales and now manages all wholesale distribution for the United States along with the export market.

Scott and his wife Elizabeth Cintron, National Director of Sales for Fisher Vineyards, recently moved from Ft Lauderdale, FL back to their hometown of Tallahassee, FL, where they are now raising their two boys Elliott (11) and Stewart (8). While traveling the country, Scott seeks to fill his live music bucket list, and at home enjoys golfing, gardening, and fishing with the boys.
