Enjoy five days of food, wine, and adventure in Seattle, Washington.  Two couples will take up residence downtown at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Seattle for four nights, featuring stunning Elliott Bay and Puget Sound vistas with world-renowned attractions on the hotel’s doorstep.

A curated tour with Barb Telge, Washington Wine Enthusiast and guide from Barrel Wine Tours, will introduce you to Woodinville Wine Country.  Her half-day, private tour includes luxury transportation as well as introductions to the winemakers at three boutique winery stops, including our friends at DeLille Cellars. Finish the day with a wine dinner at Russell Lowell’s, Russell’s Dining Room- a food lover’s delight, a winemaker’s favorite and a warm, friendly setting.    
The culinary treats on your trip include a dinner at The Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville. Voted as one of “America’s Top 100 Wine Restaurants” in 2015 by Wine Enthusiast, The Herbfarm will delight you with unique menus showcasing the exceptional foods and wines of the Pacific Northwest. The Herbfarm’s nine-course dinner, served with five matched wines or special beer pairings, draws its inspiration from the rhythms of the seasons. Ranked as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat’s Survey and National Geographic’s “No. 1 Best Destination Restaurant in the World,” The Herbfarm invites you to an evening of exciting dining in rich and comfortable surroundings. Transportation from Seattle to Woodinville is included. 

Another day in Seattle you’ll join instructor Diane LaVonne for a unique view of the "Heart of Seattle." As you shop the Pike Place Market with your private chef, you will immediately recognize Diane’s approach to food, friends, humor and simplicity. Enter the bright and spacious Market Kitchen, take a seat at the counter and feel yourself relax. Prepare to be delighted as Diane demonstrates how to prepare an authentic Northwest meal with the wonderful locally produced ingredients chosen by and for you. You’ll leave with a satisfied palate, a set of recipes and a wonderful memory. This is a true taste of the best Seattle has to offer. 

Delight your appetite with fine dining at Canlis, which features contemporary, New American cuisine. Situated in the Queen Anne neighborhood, this restaurant has views of Gas Works Park and the Cascade Mountains. It was built by Peter Canlis in 1950, and remains family-owned. Ranked as one of the “Top 20 restaurants in America” by Gourmet Magazine, Canlis has been hailed by the New York Times as "Seattle's fanciest, finest restaurant for over 60 years." Since 1997, Canlis has been a recipient of the Wine Spectator “Grand Award;” one of only 85 restaurants worldwide to have received this prestigious recognition for its wine collection. 

Round out your trip to the Northwest with a day trip to the beautiful Victoria Harbour, British Columbia. Pack your passport, as the full day includes a scenic 45-minute seaplane flight on Kenmore Air from downtown Seattle’s Lake Union to Inner Harbour in Victoria, BC. Enjoy the historic sites, bites and shopping at Government Square, or explore the Butchart Gardens. Kenmore Air will then fly you back to Lake Union to enjoy your evening in Seattle.
