Blackberry State of Mind

In 1939, Mrs. Florida Lasier of Chicago snagged her silk stockings on a wild blackberry bramble while exploring the idyllic Smoky Mountain foothills, and the name Blackberry Farm was born. Forty years later, the Beall family invested their hearts and souls in the same romantic site that has become their family home and lifelong passion. Today, one of America's most celebrated intimate luxury hotels beckons discerning guests who aspire to escape modern-day frenzy and slip into a Blackberry state of mind. Situated on a pastoral 4,200-acre estate in the Great Smoky Mountains, Blackberry will show you the many reasons why it is one of the top-rated properties in the world.

Two couples will travel roundtrip by private air from Destin Executive Airport to Blackberry Farm for three cozy nights. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included the duration of your stay will each be their own culinary event. Blackberry Farm's renowned cuisine is rooted in what comes from the farm as well as the region. Often described as Foothills Cuisine®, it wanders the line between refined and rugged, borrowing from both haute cuisine and the foods indigenous to Blackberry's Smoky Mountain heritage.

Regardless of the season, Blackberry Farm offers countless activities and adventures to fulfill your every desire. Pamper your mind and body at the Wellhouse, enjoy Orvis-endorsed fly fishing, and explore the many trails by hike or mountain bike.

More than 40 years ago, Blackberry Farm was founded on the idea of creating a home with good friends, family and good food. Today, Blackberry continues to share its Southern hospitality and a true sense of place with all that visit. Escape to the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee and experience all that Blackberry Farm has to offer.
