Chef Tyson Peterson is currently the Executive Chef of the Sebastian - Vail, Colorado.  His most recent positions have included three years as the Executive Chef at the Le Meridien Hotel in Downtown Indianapolis and four years as Sous Chef at the slope side resort Jean Georges restaurant, J&G Grill, in Park City.

His food style is currently focused on modern, eclectic comfort foods in small and sharable plates inspired by Asian, Spanish, and French cultures. 

Originally from the mountains of Utah, he has a passion for the outdoors. He forages and enjoys using wild game and local ingredients in many of his dishes.
