In 2022, Fleetwood Covington assumed the role of Executive Chef at Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood, situated within the esteemed Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Northwest Florida. Having joined the Seagar's team in 2017, Covington’s journey from the sauté station to the Executive Chef position underscores his relentless determination and culinary prowess, cultivated through immersive experiences both locally and internationally. Inspired by the coastal bounty of Northwest Florida and his background as a professional concert pianist in Europe, Covington infuses each of his dishes with a harmonious blend of local flavors and global influences. 

In his previous role as Chef de Cuisine, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of culinary excellence within the kitchen. Now, as Executive Chef, Covington continues to lead with passion, blending innovation with tradition to promise an unforgettable gastronomic journey for Seagar's guests. With a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and service, Covington oversees all culinary operations at the AAA Four-Diamond steakhouse, elevating Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood to new culinary heights.
