Do you love surprises? How about the suspense of not knowing where you're going or what you'll see? Do you find yourself letting others order for you when you're out to dinner? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you'll love pop-up dinners!

This creative concept is developed around the element of surprise. Trending across the U.S., people are choosing to dine at an undisclosed and often unexpectedly unique location knowing only to save the date and time. The address, theme, suggested attire, and other relevant details are given out to guests the morning of the event. Guests do not know, however, what exactly they'll be served in the way of food and drinks or what the entertainment will be- and that is the business afterall, to entertain.

On January 21, 2017, prepare to be entertained by Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation as we present for the first time on the Emerald Coast, Volume 1: A Pop-Up Dinner Series! We can't tell you much, but we can say we have recruited a phenomenal team of chefs just for the occassion.

Spearheading the line-up is Scotty Schwartz, Chef and Owner of 29 South, as well as the chef and co-Founder of the Legend Series in Jacksonville, FL that is the inspiration for this event. Additionally, the multi-course meal will be masterfully prepared by some of the best chefs in the Southeast including Chef Craig Richards of St. Cecilia and The Optimist in Atlanta, GA, Chef Graham Laborde of Bernadine's in Houston, TX, and Destin local Chef Jack McGuckin of Bijoux.
